Please note that all firearms must ship to a licensed FFL. FightLite Industries ships its products via common contract carriers such as UPS, USPS and Federal Express (Fed-Ex) for normal box size packages; and as applicable freight carriers for pallet sized and larger shipments. Selection of the shipping method and carrier is solely at our discretion and based on several factors including but not limited to cost, delivery schedule, security, quality of service, and past performance.
Product Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Any order that is placed at
the FightLite.com website may be cancelled prior to credit card processing
without any fee. If the customer’s credit card or other form of payment has
been processed and the order is subsequently cancelled prior to product
shipment; then a 15% restocking fee will be charged upon order cancellation.
Any order cancellation request whereby payment has been processed and the
product has already been shipped from our facility, will be considered for
authorized cancellation solely on a case by case basis and will be subject to a
15% restocking fee and forfeiture of actual shipping and handling charges. All
sales are final on firearms, firearm receivers and ammunition upon assignment
to a freight or common contract carrier and the product’s subsequent departure
from our facility; and all sales are final on clearance items and custom or
special orders. Any person or entity that accesses and places a product order
on the FightLite.com website acknowledges and agrees to these order
cancellation terms as a pre-condition of using the FightLite.com website.
If a refund is issued, the full amount of the order including shipping will be issued if the return is due to our error. Otherwise, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will either be returned to the original purchase method or if unavailable via check and mailed using USPS or shipped via UPS or Fedex.

How quickly will you ship my order?
You will be notified by email once your order has shipped. Please note that all firearms must ship to a licensed FFL, please have your dealer email a copy of their FFL to email@example.com or fax it to 321.242.8411 with your order number referenced. Please allow a few extra days to process all firearm orders.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Normal ground service usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive at destination address. (Please note that transit times do not include order processing and actual delivery times may vary depending on other factors such as inclement weather and holiday seasons)
How can I track my shipment?
You will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail including the tracking information when your order ships. We will also include an order tracking number on your order information page in your Account. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier’s website.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship outside of the United States subject to ITAR and EAR regulations.
Why can’t you ship a high capacity magazine or belt-fed upper or rifle to my address?
Please note that all firearms must ship to a licensed FFL. Some states restrict high capacity feeding devices including magazines, linked ammunition, etc. to addresses within their borders. In compliance with these laws and restrictions, we may not be able to process and deliver your order if it will violate these laws.
